Stolen card

My husband stole my card and want give it back he has my wallet driver license ss card and my direct express card Ive tried many times to call customer services he has changed my PIN number so I cant get through please call me back 256-557-****

My card was stolen &:I need a new card

I cant seem to get a representative on the line and therefore my card may be being used before I can report it stolen! I've tried reaching these people every day, sometimes up to 3x a day, for over a week now. I dont know what else to do besides stress out and wait on hold again. I need to take care of this matter so I can pay my bills, get groceries, etc; this is RIDICULOUS!!! And to think I was ALREADY at a disadvantage by being disabled. What do I do?

Lost card and need replacement

LOST CARD NEEDING REPLACEMENT. NEVER COULD GET THROUGH TO SPEAK TO LIVE PERSON. ON HOLD FOR HOURS. I AM A VET NEEDING A REPLACEMENT CARD. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY OF MY Benefits IN OVER 2 MONTHS AND AM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HOUR JUST TO GET HUNG UP ON! I AM A PISSED CONSUMER!!!

I've been trying to get ahold of Direct Express customer service representative but it doesn't go through it says they're experiencing higher than call volume and the car drops I don't know what to do my benefits are in there for October 1st I really need my benefits

My card number has been stolen twice with direct express. You have to set on hold for hours to talk to someone. They want let you talk. The over speak you. And then say your not listening. Both times its been a night mare. I can't understand why social security can't find a better company.

In retrospect, compromised card. I can not use or access my funds. Now these guys that run this retarded system never ever gave me a reason for the compromise. Bad news PERIOD. They don't know what the heck they are doing. Just a bunch of hacks. Tell now how I can resolve this issue ASAP. Social Security Administration refuses to help me at all. Another government *** AGENCY as far as I am concerned. It's my money why the *** are these jerks being pricks. I have been trying to get a code from their retarded email address for weeks. Authenication@***.com is a bogus email address. It's gets returned every time I emailed it. There has got to be a way to get these insane people taken care of NOW. PLEASE HELP ME JOHN

Need to activate my direct express replacement card

Horrible customer service

I've called Direct Express customer service for 3 days, I cannot get through to speak with a human being because Direct Express disconnects the call. My blood pressure is up do to waiting on the phone for 2 hours, only to get disconnected. There's $150 charges that do not belong to me, I need this resolved.
