I would have preferred to not give any stars, but that is not an option. My original card had a damaged chip, I had to pay $20 to have it replaced, and now I can't activate it. My money is on this card, but I can't get at it and no one will help me. I gave them all of my information and that still wasn't enough. I keep telling them that I do not have an email, but they don't seem to care.

I called in and the young lady that I spoke with was very Rude and nasty to me.She told me she was sending me out some papers I never received the papers.And something needs to be done about the way I was treated. Direct Express needs to know they have a bad apple in the bunch.

Passed off customer

Direct express is a terrible card and the customer service is just as bad. They don't follow federal guidelines when addressing potential fraud claims and allow their customers to be drained of their funds with no hopes for a solution. How do I know because I am currently a representative payee for my disabled son.

Direct express disabled my password...again.

Once again, my password was disabled or changed by direct express. You put a password in you know is right 3 times and they lock your account.

You can't monitor you transactions, all you can do is call them. All they do is put you on hold or transfer you, or blatantly lie to you. All you want is the funds you are due. All they want is to keep butting in your life by forcing you to call them so the can insult, lie and play games with people's lives.

The woman told me the lock was off my account. It wasn't. So I called again.

This time I got a "man".

All he wanted to do was try to enrage you by asking 50 unnecessary questions. There was no need for them to interfere with my account and then ask me 20 questions to verify myself when they already know who you are after 4 or 5 questions.

I lost my card called for replacement.I was asked if ,I wanted 2 business day or 7 to 10 days delivery. It was explained that it would be $13.75 for 2 day ,I agreed . I have rent bills to pay. He then explained he was cancelling my old card ok. Here ,I am 7 days later no card no way to contact anyone because with no card you can't get past the prompts to a human.. So here ,I sit with no money ,Bills ,and rent to pay and Screw the fact ,I have no food and am disabled..How do you Treat people like this and Constantly get Away with It??
