This company has very lousy service in all aspects.

Verified ReviewerDirect express disabled my password...again.
Once again, my password was disabled or changed by direct express. You put a password in you know is right 3 times and they lock your account.
You can't monitor you transactions, all you can do is call them. All they do is put you on hold or transfer you, or blatantly lie to you. All you want is the funds you are due. All they want is to keep butting in your life by forcing you to call them so the can insult, lie and play games with people's lives.
The woman told me the lock was off my account. It wasn't. So I called again.
This time I got a "man".
All he wanted to do was try to enrage you by asking 50 unnecessary questions. There was no need for them to interfere with my account and then ask me 20 questions to verify myself when they already know who you are after 4 or 5 questions.
