I got on several times a charge on my direct express card I complained file the forms yet they did not put the money back on my card withen the 10 days and they said the charges were good I contested that and they just blew me off and closed the files I can do nothingget a bank or credit union loaca ok y

I stopped payment of 65$ two months ago. From cricket wireless. I thought I had it all together but when I went to pay my new bill at cricket wireless. for 111 plus 5 dollars to reconnect my phone died to none payment. The phone was cut off a week later saying it was due to none payment. That my bank stopped the payment. Why don't I see it redeposited into my account.?And if direct express stopped the payment of 115 what happened to the money?

Unfavorable treatment from customer services for people who are deaf and have no tty to get their businesss taken care of with out a great deal of trouble.

Deaf people who have no hearing devices and no tty are not treated correctly since they some people who are deaf depend on family or friend to help communicate their needs.
