Direct Express in Maynardville, Tennessee - Fraud suspension

I cannot access my funds from the ATM using the right pain I also tried to pay at the register and it would not let me my card says fraud suspension I really need help resolving this issue.

Tried to pay several bills online with direct express card keeps getting declined have the money was deposited on nov.1, 2019 called customer service waited over and hr still no resolution. Im not understanding this crap so now i have no money and noway to acess my money to buy anything

the only way. to speak to a human at Direct Express. is to call the customer service number and don't say anything don't push in any numbers do not put in your social security number. when I finally asked you what language you want select your language and then again pushing nothing and then it will transfer you to a human. immediately.

Hey it worked I got completly through and resolved my issue so far.the first msg I wrote was at 11 some and I was done at 12pm. This really worked thanks alot to who ever wrote this comment

This did work call was answered in about 15 mins or less, but still had to get transferred to another department hopefully they want hang up on me again fingers crossed will come back and update today is nov.2,2019 11:47 am

Direct Express - Dispute denied and was never investigated

Details
I filed a dispute in september against a company that kept my card information and process a payment without my athorization. I have used the card to make one time payments before but never gave permission for automatic payments or prior consent payment authorization. Because I used the card to make payment with the company before direct express denied my claim and told me they was investigating the claim. This is the worst card ever and something need to be done about the terrible customer service and the dispute process. I have also file complaint to the ftc and will be seeking legal action against this company.

On August 26 $347.00 was taken off my card,it took me 2days to get anyone on the phone finally I spoke with someone they mailed me the forms to fill out I was told that something called Google games to my money, I have no idea what that is I don't play any games of any kind,I was told that after 10 days I would get my money back it's been 2mos.now and I still haven't received it,I can not ever get ahold of anyone in customer service every day I call and it tells me Their is a high call volume and it hangs up,my phone has been shut off due to this and I am behind a few bill because of this ,I want my money back asap please my name is Judy Grinder 502249-5448 please at least call me.
