I called and ordered a replacement card and it was supposed to expidete in 2 days its been 5 days and never received it.

My account is locked

Direct Express - My account is locked
Everytime I go to my app it tells me my account has been locked for 10 mins everytime I try to login Tryed talking to someone but they cant get it fixed. This has been happening for about 3 weeks. I would like it fixed. Thank you Michele Smith

Money was taking off my debit card

Well I called a few days ago to get them to put my card on reserve so my minutes ran out on my phone reserve would kick in and he hasnt done nothing but screwed me over!!

Someone took stolen my direct Express card

I called and no answer im very pissed off i could lose my home or die because i dont have my money i think direct express should be shut down.

I totally agree that direct express needs to be shut down I'm dealing with direct express saying they sent my new card on June 28th and it would be here in 5 to 10 calendar days I still havent received it or the paperwork that they were supposed to have sent me it July 6th and still no sign of it I've called direct express 11 times today and keep getting disconnected

Stolen card

She only gave me 100 and owes me 600. And will not give it to me at all no matter what i do i need it i owe rent and stuf. f.i tried to today no luckat all.

My card is locked

I called for a transaction dispute my card was put on lock I cannot access it I need my card activated I never asked for a new card and now they're saying my card no longer works and I can't get through to an agent or representative

I WANT TO SPEAK TONA LIVE REPRESENTATIVE AND GET THIS situation RESOLVED NOW!!!

Something I cancelled is still charging me.

After being on hold for a very long time and getting a representative or not the phone hangs up and they're not able to call you back. Smh.

Unlock my mobile app so can check the balance and my deposits and withdrawals going on with my direct expresss so I can see what the balance and to have it easier to get a hold of them

My mobile app is locked and I need to check my balance and deposit and also to check my withdrawals balance and deposits

Need my card unlocked from mobel app

Can't get on my direct express model app unlocked and I need to get to see on my mobile app my with drawls and deposits .

yes Lisa I have had something similar happen to my direct express account someone hacked into my account and has been making purchases to stuff on google but I found an article on direct express I wish I was able to share it on here with all of the direct express customers nut I don't think that I can
