They was supposed to send my my card probity mail paid 17 dollars and never got it people that are so rude to me and they said they would put it in the mail I hope I receive it those operations are so rude and don't have people skills be polite

can't get a hold of customer service and you bastards always hang up on me try again later *** there is NO ONE THERE how can you run an operation like this!!! *** it I'm pissed!!!

Re-issue of a direct express debit card

I ordered a direct express here recently and every time I call I get a recording stating my last request since then I in fact received a card per that call now I am in need of another card being issued is as in expedited to the address of record !!

No customer service

I call direct express. To talk to them about fraud. Go threw the que and ever time it says high call volume and it hangs up. There service is none existed their service sucks

Cant access customer service or funds

I can't pull money out of an ATM it says my cards locked every time I call direct express I'm told there experiencing high call volumes and too call back later is anyone else having issues? I've tried for 5 days to get ahold of them and every time it's the same thing. i need to pay my rent!

Absolutely nothing,the customer service line is the number to call for your balance information, I dont see me getting a new card unless I speak to someone and thats impossible,so I now have no idea how to get a new card

Need my card unlocked taken over 24 hours to get through to director

Need card unlocked been over 18 hours to be able to get through to Direct Express .. high call volume I tried to get money out the ATM said money not available so I did it more than 3 times so it locked up my card and I have to pay my rent it's ready late now
