Poor service
I have nothing good to say about direct Express while I was in the hospital I lost $2,000 there was no way that I could have spent any money I didn't even know I was in the world they said all the charges were approved. You can't call them they won't answer their phones.
I just tried to sign up for something so I can talk to them through text and it flashed on the screen after I agreed that I would be charged $49.99 a month after 7 days and there was no way to get out of it and now I can't even get back to it. And the only reason I give him a one on anything is that was because that's the lowest you can go I have lost thousands of dollars using their service and it's forced on me by the government because I don't have a banking account and never will we should start a class act lawsuit or whatever you call it against direct Express anybody interested my email address is RSA204@***.com

This happened to me too. My account was stolen by a lowlife scammer and I could not contact Direct Express customer Service from July 28 to Aug 7,2023.
I finally called Treasury Department, hit a random prompt, explained the issue and the agent transferred me to a Direct Express Department that would help me.
She even stayed on the line until I had a live agent. Try calling the number where you sign up to get Direct Express, they can help.
