Details
My card was not working, i order a new card, they told me in 7 to 10 business days. It been 2 months they did not send my card. Anytime i called them they telling me the same story they send it already. They are very rude people. The company is not reliable. I advice no one to do business with them. Thief company. I am so upset.

The agent was very disrespectful and trying to talk down on me like im a criminal, i called to get help but she disconnnected while i was asking her a question. If you do not intend on helping the customer please quit because we all work and pay taxes and deserve to be treated with respect.

Yes, I know the feeling. They totally suck.

I have been locked out of the on-line account for a year or more and numerous try's to get a new password. Their phone menu leads you in circles as do the people on the phones. I'm disgusted with the program but see no way out.

Would love to meet the CEO of this and twist his boy's off. Haven't filed a congressional complaint but what's the use anyway, they don't care about anything either, too much interest in getting their raises.

Only way out is to die!

Direct Express Did Not Even Investigate My Dispute

Direct Express lied to me telling me that they worked on my case which they did not,they sent me a responds much too fast,I called many times and they give me the run around and just to get rid of me.I hate direct express I wish we did not have to go through them for business a company called H&H Furniture took money from my credit card of $539.40 which Direct Express could see the transaction which they still told me that I needed to prove to them they my money was taken which I don't understand what else that they needed from me,I have spent about $35.00 just to fax them which when I called them they told me that they never ever receive any fax from me at all which was nothing but lies,this is my complaint about Direct Express Christopher Shannon Aug/05/15

I have a friend on disability and has not been able to get his money put on his card even though SS says they have paid it. If he hadn't gotten help from neighbors he would have been on the street.

He even has a lawyer working on it but to no avail. It is criminal what they are doing. If they do this to a million people think how much compounded interest they make.

He has a two year old and a single parent and they don't care. I wish I could write to someone who could do something.

Its not criminal its Civil. It only becomes criminal when you prove they took the money and never gave him access to it.

While I am on Social Security I went thru Walmart Money Card. If you deposit over $750 a month (I think that is the amount) there is no service charge and I have access to it at around 2 a.m.
