Pissed off too

However my card was charged $52.92 over so I had to call and report it was an unauthorized transaction so therefore they stopped my car they also locked my account here it is the 9th of January and I still have not paid none of my bills I am now in default on two loans to finances and have not paid rent electric or nothing and have not got my card either our don't have a way to even get into my account to get my money I still have not paid none of my bills I am now in default on two loans to finances and have not paid rent electric or nothing and have not got my card either our don't have a way to even get into my account to get my money so I can pay them

Nobody ever answers the phone for CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for 3 days now to have them unlock my card because it was randomly locked and now I cannot access any of my money until I get a customer service representative to unlock it. But nobody will answer the phone or my call just gets disconnected for no reason. My bills are due and I have a 5 year old son I also need to be able to take care of and I cant right now because I cant get ANYBODY to help me. #AwefulCustomerService #VeryPissedOffConsumer

I just tried to make a purchase from Walmart online, and they locked my card for placing too many orders with them. I then tried to order from Amazon.com, and the same thing happened! If you do business with a vendor that charges your card when the item ships, it's easy to go over the number of transactions allowed per merchant. Of course, they still hold on to your money, even if you have no way to spend it.

Missing my card

I was calling because I've been trying to call Non-Stop and can't get through I reported my card to be replaced on November 20th is December 4th I've have yet to receive my card I've seen charges I did not recognize I tried to report that on the 20th I would like to have my card expedited to me it's it's well over 15 days that I've been waiting they can charge me for the expedite which will take one to two days my name is Montressa Thomas they can check my account my account to report the activity on my card because when I called on the 20th and they sent me to that line I was on hold for so long that they disconnect it so I never got to report the charges that was on my card that I wanted to dispute so I need I've been trying to call them all this time to get in touch with them but because my card was mailed out it won't connect me to them it keeps hanging up saying when my card will be sent and it takes 10 days well it's 15 days now I need to speak to someone and I can't because my phone is off because it's 15 days so someone needs to do something this is not my fault I did it. in l
