My husband had his s.s.check stolen 2 months in a row the hackers call change his address and had a new card issued last month finally got a new card and direct express took money from my account for the Ives new card and my new card and now they turned around and done again and just like everyone else said level 2 is a joke.Why can't this be stop they won't tell you anything because of privacy of the hackers address my wife did get someone to tell her it is in Miami Florida and we are in ky.never been to Florida. They all need shut down.

The same thing happened to me on 2/3/16. Someone from Miami, FL stole $851.00 from me.

I live in Georgia.

I lost 13.00 off my card today and also the 1st atm withdrawal is supposed to be free but I have been charged a fee rvery month for the 1st withdrawal on.

Money that the statement says I have isn't the same amount on the card.I would get a regular Bank Account except we're moving soon and then I'll get one.No more card at this time I have no choice.

Direct express lists my ss deposit on my statement as this. For the benefit recipients of the account. They cant explain why? There are also ivr transfers and fees with just a ref number but they dont know how or what they are. Almost all my cash withdrawls at atms have been duplicated and taken out twice from the card. Wrote a billion letters made a billion calls. I filed fraud and they denied the claim overnight. Bozos and rip offsl.p.

Direct Express in Narrabeen, New South Wales - Rude, threatening driver

Driver accidentally drove me off the road onto a kerb. Instead of apologizing, he abused me for not giving him way when he clearly did not see my small car when he changed lanes. He then drove alongside me for 2 km yelling abuse and threatening me. It was very scary. Poor driving is understandable as there was lots of traffic and he was driving a bug truck and i was in a small car. But the vile threatening abuse for 2 km is a very poor reflection on the company. Will never use them after the raid rage incident.

Social Security check that was deposited to direct express was withdrawn from thieves. Called direct express level 2, what a joke. I was lied to by GLORIA and treated like I was the thief. I live on this money and cant pay my bills or food. Was told could take up to 45'days to invrestage when I found video of person stealing my money within five minutes of my own investaging. Fraud department is a joke. Not a good place to have checks deposited - ok until there is a problem and then you are a problem to Diect Express.

Direct Express in Rocky Mount, North Carolina - DirectExpress Nightmare

I have an issue with DirectExpress after finding fradulent unauthorized charges on my account and calling them to dispute the charges they told me i had to wait 5 days till the charges either went through or were put back on my card so i waited the 5 days in the mean time they cancelled the card and issued a new one. When I called back after the 5 day waiting period they sent me to second level dept the lady asked a bunch of questions then said they were sending me some papers it would take 3 to 5 callendar days to recieve them and to fill them out sign then and return them asap. I was also given a service request number and told to stay on the line for an automated message so i did the message said that it can take up to 45 days to complete the investigation and in some cases up to 90 days. I was like what the heck she could have told me that. Its now been 6 days and i have not recieved the papers they said they were sending. Im starting to think they are looking for an excuse to not have to give me my money back. If I had any other choice i would not use this card.

It is 3 - 5 business days. If you do not know the process of a credit or debit card here it is.

When you use a card a charge is put onto your card as a pending charge. The company where you used the card sends a payment invoice to your financial institution with the correct amount and that is when the charge goes from a pending to a charge. If the invoice is not sent into your agency by a specific time the pending charge is deleted and the funds are released back into your account. Your credit, or in this case debit, company has to wait for the correct amount.

Then they start researching at that point. Either your signature, or if you dispute that, a video of you, or the thief, using the card. If the charge was online, and all online purchases has a copy of the IP number where the charge came from.

All of this takes time.

It is a pain in the rear. If you are living paycheck to paycheck, like ALOT of people do, it is better to take your money out of the card when it is released to you and pay in cash for everything

I called you changed my father's address cuz he is the card holder I told them in which said his name was Chad then Alex regardless he starts yelling at me saying he can't give me the information after the fact that my dad got on the phone and told him he could I'm his authorized representative and handle all his affairs call back again and was hung up on ridiculous is what they are disrespectful and who looks at this *** isn't there someone above these people that we could speak to does anyone even cares the question worst service I've ever received in my life

Calling customer service they pass you on to levels you repeat me ss screws questions let me look that up ok why did payment to auto pay bills not go though. We advise you to get new card why why corp but a compermise on card why why you don't tell me in letter from corp on on now I have to do all this because why terrible maze of customet service you get pd by hour I waste my time as senior on dam phone then get cut off no one calls back
