Direct Express in Royal City, Washington - Unauthorized. charges

This company is HORRIBLE, I have been told lies after lies, waiting 60 days so far and still no credit , I have called every few days just to be told something different everytime.this is. Bs I am so sick of being ripped off by this company ..I can not believe how no one is on the same page here I'm beyond pisted .i well keep calling until this is taken care of. They even have lied to me and told me they tried calling me bis wouldn't be calling if they called me plus received letter from a Monica and ,left her 6 voice mails with no return call yet..this is a serious problem...

DirectExpress Card not working despite Deposit from Social Security having been made to them, & there is no absolutely no way to contact anyone on phone or online - only a recording stating to "Call Back Later". Last time this happened I had called DirectExpress more than a week before contact was made with anyone at DirectExpress; and then only after going to Social Security Office & being the told the "trick" to reach anyone was to "Press #4" for Lost or Stolen Card - which I did & after one (1) week of trying to Reach DirectExpress by phone & online, I was finally able to make contact. However, that techinique no longer seems to work for making contact - one only gets a "Call Back Later" Recording ?!?

Direct express as cardholder was hasslement of victim Karen cook scam spam target of myself started just before 2011 have been cardholder since 2008 never again prepaid are over unless better prepaid/ credit cards different merchant and issuer telemarketing services field agents very bad experience due to scam and spam group fake fake fake fake.

My spouse died and while US Direct Express, aka Comerica Bank, sent me a small check from my spouse's account, they will not give me a statement, or indeed, even talk to me. Social Security told me they are no closer than a stranger in terms of accessing information...

You need to get a Lawyer And fight this don't let them get away with this, they want you to hive up. Same thing is happening to me, my wife passed away and had money in the account when she past and the new check ( deposit) was do the next day.

Well they put a freeze on the account. Sente papers and telling me what to do.,lol well did what i could but the people at the Clerk of court were very nice but told me to get a Lawyer because they are very hard to deal with.

So that's what I'm doing now!! Good luck

Direct Express - 26 Unauthorized transactions

Us Direct Express I had a total of 26 unauthorized transactions happen to me using this card when trying to file a dispute for these as the transaction took all of my money on the card I could not even buy groceries for the month or gas for my car to go to my doctors appointments at the Veterans Hospital. I am a disabled veteran. It took six phone calls before the complaints where able to be submitted. Then I was told it would take 45-90 days for the dispute process. Because of this I had to get a ride from a friend to the local food bank just to have food to eat. This is ridiculous no other credit or debit card company I have ever dealt with took longer than one week to resolve this type of issue and most of them are within 48 hours! This is a terrible company and the government should be ashamed that there is virtually no real help for folks using this card. The technicians of all levels and supervisors don't care weather they help you or not because they are under contract & so they people they should be helping have no choice but to use them! This system needs a complete overhaul!!!

I have Social Security and don't have to use them. That is just ridiculous to say that.

The employee at their office told me to use someone different. We still live in the USA and can bank how we want to.

If other credit, or debit, companies were better in your opinion why are you not using that one again?

Direct Express - Lost $400.00

according to directexpressI with drew $400.00 from my account. Which I did not according to The ATM I used . it was not processed.I have the receipts to prove it. I can't seem to get ma hold of direct express customer service repercenetive. I need the $400.00 back its for my bills. This is the first time it has happened sence got the card I would like to know what happened . would like you to look in to this and see if I can get my money back on my card. its very important to me. US Direct Express for SS retirement

Got my US Direct Express debit card. I then moved to the Philippines. Today, I tried to get cash from two of their recommended ATM's. It didn't work. "Transaction cannot be processed" Now what do I do?? Sleep in the streets? Be an American panhandler??? Direct Express promised in their advertising that I would get my money. I had waited since April 28 when I turned 62. FINALLY on June 26 they said the money is ready. It is not. What a ripoff, what a scam, what a disappointment. Where do I sleep tonight....in the gutter? Also filed discontent on ripoffreport.com but I am still without any money. Go to ***, social security, Comerica bank AND us direct express.
