Hello My name is Denise P and over the weekend I got a phone call that said up on my tv screen Direct Exspress long story short I got so screwed, Someone in Florida took almost 700.00$$ out of my account,I called SS and they said that they are not responsible for the money that was taken from me from my Debit card. Debt Express is responsible for getting the$$ back###Really?

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas. It can be done online.

Direct Express is NOT a BBB member and it has a F grade!!! SSA should be ashamed of themselves for recommending this HORRIBLE company to us.

Details
My card was not working, i order a new card, they told me in 7 to 10 business days. It been 2 months they did not send my card. Anytime i called them they telling me the same story they send it already. They are very rude people. The company is not reliable. I advice no one to do business with them. Thief company. I am so upset.

Yes, I know the feeling. They totally suck.

I have been locked out of the on-line account for a year or more and numerous try's to get a new password. Their phone menu leads you in circles as do the people on the phones. I'm disgusted with the program but see no way out.

Would love to meet the CEO of this and twist his boy's off. Haven't filed a congressional complaint but what's the use anyway, they don't care about anything either, too much interest in getting their raises.

Only way out is to die!
