I transfer $2,000 into the wrong account 5 minutes after that I called and told you guys that that was the wrong account number nobody has lifted a finger to help me I've asked for supervisors to call me back I've asked for everybody to call me back I filed a police report I called several companies to file complaints against y'all and nobody wants to receive to call them back so I've lost my children I've lost my home fixing to lose my car and now I am to the point to where I'm fixing to be completely homeless and just not have anything I'll have left is my service dog so I need somebody to call me please 405-534-**** because this $2,000 was in the wrong count you guys kept telling me to call the bank that the funds went into and they've written letters to the bank saying that they cannot help me because my name is on the account so I need somebody to call me please because I cannot deal with this anymore I need somebody to call me back today thank you so pop
User's recommendation: I would tell them to go somewhere else I would tell them not to even think about using y'all because y'all's customer service are the most most asinine people ever met in my life they do nothing nothing to help anybody all they're worried about is transferring money or transferring people the other customer service representatives p.
