I am a disabled veteran and I have called this company numerous times to be told that you have to go to to this site or file a dispute and they have never even sent the forms to me as of yet. You get charged for things that you know nothing about and when you call the number you always have to wait on hold up to 30 minutes to get to talk to someone who in turn send you to another department and this just keeps going on and on.

Then they say 45 to 90 days for them to investagate your claim.

Nothing ever comes of the investigation Your out your money and their suppossed to be government controled to. Nothing more than a scam
