Needed new card. Took from friday to the following thursday. The only way i acheived this was to keep redialing waiting around on hold for aleast 4 hrs then they would hang up. Redial again. On one occasion a lady answerd her english was so bad i didnt mind when she put me on hold again. When i did get the problem solved the operator made it sound like it was my fault even though i clearly told her it would say your card will be there in two days then hang up no option to enter new card. No excuse get out of banking.

They fail to contact me they said someone called and change my address had my card frozen they treated me like a criminal they failed to contact me by phone or by mail to confirm if this was me requesting a new card in an address change and I'm just appalled I need to find a lawyer
