Details
Lost my card on april 29th customer servive did not close the account because they said the call was disconnected after we already completed our call they hung up i then found out that $200 was taken off my card it took 1 hour and 7 minutes for them to answer the 2nd call now they wont return my $200 they said it was my fault

Even with letters from prosecutor...final guilty plea and theft charge...they refuse to return my money. Heck, they wont even answer the phone or return a call after 4months....Alisha Mackay. Finally Ms. Mackay answers...tells me problem will be handled by "days...

File a complaint with The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Make sure you have the affidavit notarized, keep a copy for your records and send it to Direct Express.
