Direct Express - Card declined
2 separate times my card has been declined due to incorrect billing address. I have plenty of money in the account but am unable to access it.
I have repeatedly called customer support. The automated help line has nothing related to the problem and the system always says they they are too busy to answer, call back later. How do you resolve a problem if there is no one to talk with?
If I can't check my billing address or talk to anyone what good is the card? Looks like I am going to need to pull my money out and have SS just deposit directly to my main account.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I'm so pissed, started last night my card started declining after I ordered my kids food from Wendy's!!! My kids could not fuc$@ng eat and I have money on it, I was totally embarrassed!!!!!!!
Now my kids and I stranded at the gas station with no gas and it's still declining!!! I need a news reporter here asap!!!!!

with my direct express card I can pay for purchases and restaurants just fine. when I try to purchase anything online the card is declined.
