Direct Express - Card expired and NEVER got new one
My card expired Sept 2016. Went to use it Oct and it was denied.
I made and I kid you not over 100 calls at different times of the day on the 24HR number and each and every time it hung up on me. So how the *** am I supposed to get a new card to use my money that is now sitting in the account? This is unacceptable! I am going to try and transfer the money to another bank account for the time being.
I think I will be canceling them and going direct deposit. This must have been done to thousands and thousands of people.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Direct Express Cons: Have my money and i have no access to it.

I have tried my card and it claims that I can't use it. Although it doesn't expire until 2021. I can't get an explanation why this happened
My card says good until 7/21.but I can't use it what is going on
My card expired the end of Oct and I have not received my new card. My money is not accessible and my bills will be over drafted from my bank.
