Locked card

They do not answer then the machine hangs up after saying they have a heavy call load! My card is closed, and I didn't close it. I need to pay my bills! This is my only source of income!

Thinking some one has been using my number have debits on there that's not mine.

Have charges on my account how much is being deposited in my account as far as I know it's over 900.00 then when I call on day it's deposited it is saying 839.00 then I'm having small amounts on my account that's not me I need to talk to a human. How long has this been going on? Please help PLEASE CALL ME 574-309-**** also need to reset my online acct

Haven't received new card

I cannot get thru to anyone day or nite days they have high volume hangs up ... I'm very upset I'm blind I have enough issues my card expires this month I can't find out if they sent me a new card out if my address is correct nothing cause they don't answer the phone I need my new card ASAP before this one expires someone help me please ...Answer the cs line

Couldn’t get in contact with a real person

My card was stolen so I ordered a new one. The 10 day waiting period passed with no new card. When I called Direct Express I couldnt get a real person on the line and it kept hanging up on me. It seems there are no options if you dont receive your card to contact them.

User's recommendation: If you have a choice don’t deal with Direct Express.

Dispuitems i order did not come and thy took money off my card $53.85te of a charge

I placed a amazon and never received the items and theire refusing to return my money on my card they keep ignoring and telling me they will call and never call stay away from amazon

I still didn't receive an answer I can't do any transactions on my card because of that I can't even pay my bills

It wont let me transfer my money

I'm disabled so I can't get out to get the things I need so I order them. It won't let me transfer money to my cash app card so I can order my groceries and medicine. Can you please help? Thank you so much

Cannot pay a bill off my card, I have been Calling for 2 days and all i get is " we are experiencing heavier than usual call volume. Check out your account on line or with the mobile app and then hang

My review and complains about the fact that I cannot get a hold of nobody and put two days now about my card not working so it sucks you guys customer service sucks sucks sucks. I cannot pay any of my bills so whatsoever none

Poor customer service

I need to talk to someone to find my account & routing number associated with my card!! I cant get to talk to anyone & the automated system is horrible!! Every time I call I get told you excessive amount of calls & am disconnected!!

This prepaid card company sucks horrible customer service they never answer the phone plus make decisions for your account without the owner consent thumbs down worst ever

Why did y'all submit fraud suspension on my card all transactions are authorized I am very very upset & unsatisfied
