Try to report my car stolen and I'm not getting no type of customer service help

I'm trying to report my card stolen and I'm not getting no live operator from direct ExpressI've been trying over 30 minutes now with no help from direct Express so I would like to have my car and maybe turned off I would like to stop doing business with direct Express

Stolen card

My card was stolen and I need to get in contact with someone about getting my old card cancel and getting a new one expedited and Im not getting any help you have to pay just to talk to a customer service with live chat thats crazy.

Fraudulent charges

Two fraudulent charges from Uganda totaling $494.70 were withdrawn from my account leaving me with $0.03. Direct Express said it would take 45 to 60 days to get a refund. Since my only income is social security, I wont have any money until my next payment in mid August. And their customer service is terriblerude and dishonest and time consuming.

User's recommendation: Even the SSA said to only use Direct Express as a last resort.

Haven't received a card

Never received a card through the mail . The benefits should be on the card by July 30,2021. So I wasn't sure what to do

Missing funds

Last month my card wasused to take my social security benefits and now I gotta wait for my funds when clearly I reported the card stolen and never recovered the funds that was stolen

User's recommendation: Never loose ya card cause they won't believe you if the funds are stolen.

Dispute transaction

Someone used my card without me knowing and when i went to use it i didnt have enough money on it.i get the dame amount every month i know what i have the one on july 22 for 2.00 the one for 35.00 and 5.50.when i called to listen to it i knew something was wrong.thanks

Poor Customer service

A seemingly endless loop of dead end automation. Offers no solution for related issues. Stuck in limbo land wasting time energy and patience. If humans were paid to take calls, they might have money to pay their bills and to help me pay mine with my missing monies. This automated system is not a "customer service."

Missing money

Danette is missing the money that was stolen from a card that was sent to Bulhead City Arizona. when we called Monday December 28th so that Danette could replace her card was told while on hold that someone had used her information to order a card and then after Danette told the representative to put a stop on that card because she was no longer in Arizona but in Spokane Washington the representative never put a hold or stopped that card from being activated and all of December and January was taken out of atm.nevNever use direct expressn
