Try this number... 1-800-333-1795 best time 9:45am or call the 1-888-741-1115 during night time hours.

I called the 1-888 number @ 9:30 tonight. I was able to talk to a live person.

I lost my card at tducu bank on Friday November 1 someone give back to me on same day but I am miss 600 from my card I have my PIN number on back of my card n now I can pay my bill n my light bill is do n my gas n I have kids

Not sure why you would put your PIN number on the back of a card that works the same as cash. Best to have a PIN that you can always remember, like the year you graduated from university in neurology, etc.

You could call the card issuer, but I expect you are out the money. This is how we learn.

I have never in over % months gotten through to a website person. I need to reset my password and can't recall my last one so even with my correct ID and temporary password it will NOT allow me to reset. This customer service has no staff, PERIOD!

Direct Express - Need to talk to someone

$347 was taken off my card in August for some kind of Google games and I don't have anything to do with games , when I called customer service they had me fill paper work out and send it back I was told that in 10 days I would get my money back well it's now Nov . and I still have not received my money back and I call n call them and I am always told that the call volume is high and it hangs up on me,I want my money back.

Direct Express in Walnut Creek, California - Sucks

Social Security should not contract services with Direct Express. They disconnect callsvon people that are elderly and disabled. Tonight Janae refused to help my mom who is in the hospital and then disconnected the call. Brittany, supervisor which I use supervisor loosely was nothing but rude argumentative and again disconnected the call. It is hard enough for elderly and disabled individuals to use automated systems and then to be repeatedly hung up on is unacceptable. Brittany went as far as to argue that people usiny their services are not customers. I rate them zeros ib all categories.
