No answer after being on hold for 56 min. I got cut off. I kept saying reps were busy answering other calls and to continue to wait, but they hung up on me.

Lost Old card and don't remember my pin number

Ok first they don't awncer there phone I was on hold no kidding 4 *** hours my phone. Battery died an all I wanted was to dispute some charges but the lady I talked to was mean to me an didn't do wat I was asking her to do wa to just get my money back from T-Mobile an getting out no she cancelled my card had to make a report on why ? I don't know I didn't say my card was missused or stolen or anything like that but the company that took my money I canceled with them long ago an the still took money from direct auto pay after I canceled with them but no it's impossible| to get eny help from direct express iam going to get a real bank to deposit my money into not you ever again your customer service sucks beyond sucks lol of you who work there I'd fire every one of you for being lazy an in compartment bad bad service ppl

This is the most inept lying *** company I have ever dealt with in 66 years. Been waiting on a wire transfer for 3 days.
It goes back on my card.
Meanwhile, my lights and water are getting turned off, and there is no food in the house. And it's 3:30 in the morning, and they have a high call volume.

- - Unauthorized charges include Lyft 11.xx and 300 ATM withdrawal; balance is negative; others not made by me.
I lost my card and had reported it to direct express. They issued new one but now i see that the money i had on it has been taken.

.35. i used 11.??
For lyft and 300 atm withdrawl. The rest i didnot do.

- - Activation took over a week with no access to funds.
- - I've sent all requested info but still can't use the card and am on hold for hours daily.
I just got my first card ever called to get it activated only to get the run around for over a week now still unable to get to my money that's on my card I've sent them everything they ask me for . It's really bad when you lose you place to live due to some other person B's I know I've lost mind due to them not helping me only keeping me from my money . Still not been able to use my card and have had to sit on hold for a hour or more everyday in the last 7days I even got put back on hold for about hour just for asking to talk to a manager.

Verified Reviewer |Card declined Repetedly , Call and wait forever on phone , Direct express rep on phone thinks it's so funny . He says if we decline your card everytime you try to use we block it for more days.

Loaded card repetedly declined , at my regular grocery store, at ATM s ect. So hours wait on phone .
Direct express rep thinks it's so funny , says we block your card and everytime you try to use it we will block it for more days. So he says do not use your card for a while some days and it should work again, Lies and states your card has a bug. Your card we did not like one ATM you tried so we block it. Just blocks my card randomly over and over .
DO NOT GET A DIRECT EXPRESS CARD you will be sorry.
Guy on phone is a real joker thinks it is real funny. I think their employees are crooked too.
