As soon as I get my new card and withdraw my funds im closing my direct express card they are horrible!! Took me 2 days and 2 hours to talk to someone! Not counting the other hrs I was on hold.PLEASE PEOPLE IF U CAN GET A BANK ACCOUNT PLEASE DO SO CAUSE DIRECT EXPRESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF US!

Call there fraud number I called last night which they hung up on me twice but I called right back and waited for about 10 minutes and they finally answerd

Please have your grandmother change her method of benefit payments. US Direct Express is the worst company that you can get your benefits through. They can not be reached by phone and they allow people to steal, fraud and con their cardholders out of their benefits without any resolutions to the cardholders.
