This company is questionable and should NOT be used for Social Security Disability direct deposits. It is impossible to contact their customer service.

Yesterday I spent 35 minutes on hold waiting for a live operator to speak with to attempt to correct an issue. When one finally got on the line I began to speak to answer her and she very rudely interrupted and spoke over me to say she "refused to talk on a speaker phone". I began to say that I was NOT using a speakerphone, I instead had a headset on but she hung up while I was speaking. I had to call back and spent 20+ minutes waiting again on hold.

Once connected to a human being while explaining the issue, I was continually put on hold between every question asked of me. I requested to be escalated to a supervisor. Today, I need to follow up on my issue and it is impossible to get a live agent. The recording simply hangs up after running.

You cannot press 0 for an operator. Why bother to advertise 24 hour customer service if no matter what hour your customers call, there is NO ONE to speak with? I have zero confidence in a company with no means of contact given besides a snail mail address; there is not even an email or a customer support form offered. I want to move my SSD deposits elsewhere immediately.

I do not understand why the U.S. government trusts this company with Social Security deposits. Disability payments are crucial to those receiving them and the ability to contact an operator when there is an issue with this card is imperative.

My issue is still unresolved and I see no means of immediate follow up if the customer service number hangs up on you after playing a recording. I am exasperated and frustrated and concerned about money.
