The card enrollment call center is open Monday to Friday between 8.00 AM and 6.00 PM CST while the other phone numbers are open 24/7. Don't waste your time for this card with direct Express. When first issued and I had registered it, I could not continue to use it because it would not work.

I called was informed they will send me another card and they will expedite. They did not tell me they would charge me for expedition but they did $13 once the new card arrived. I registered it again. Only two try and use a few days later and was unable to because it wouldn't work.

So they told I needed to verification sending them my ID as well as of their information. So I did this and then they tell me I've got to wait again to use my card. Don't waste your time.

Go to a bank, set it up so that social security can deposit your money and you can be done with it and then use your money and spend your money however you wish and need. This has been a total nightmare with this company and customer service is not that great to say the least

The chip in my card ceased to work and I had been swiping the card direct express decided without telling me that they were going to do it that they just wanted me to use the chip part and they did not like my swiping so they cut my card off and I had just had all my sons deposited for the month I spent five days trying to get in touch with them to report the damaged card and request a new one and couldn't and then on the first they shut my card off I spent two more days all the first and all the second until 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and I finally threw some automated site and paying a fee finally did manage to get a extremely rude live customer service in air quotes agent who rudely again reiterated that they wouldn't turn it back on that it was an inconvenience to them that I was swiping it and that they would send me a new one and it would be 7 to 10 days and if I were hungry and my landlord wanted to be paid that I could pay them an expedited fee and they would send it UPS in 2 days they told me to call back the next day to give me the UPS tracking number so I could monitor and now when I call in as soon as I put in that card number it tells me they can't help me that card has been deactivated and that when I get my new one I should give him a call back and I can't call you UPS to see if they've even mailed it really because I don't have the numbers my electricity is turned off tomorrow I'm over a week too on my rent haven't been to the grocery store and 6 days haven't eaten in two please help if you all have any alternate numbers anyway you can help I would greatly appreciate your help and gleefully accept your phone call my number is 270-780-**** and my name is Susan s u s a n Barton b a r t o n thank you all and the service that your site provides very much you all have a nice evening bye-bye

Twice now someone has hacked into my accounts the first time was taken care of nicely. This time its a god dam joke someone requested a new card for my account and changed my address and had a new card sent to them without contacting me at all to see if it was me they just sent this person a new card for my account.

I called them and told them the situation and they cancelled that card and issued me a new card and they still charged my account $4 new card fee and $13 as the other person had that card expedited mail to them and i still get charged for their ignorance. They told me it would take 5-10 days to get my new card well its been 17 *** days now and still no card. I called them and after 30 mins on hold someone finally answered and i told him i had got my new card yet he then says i called the wrong department and said i need to call back and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen.

I will call again and i will tell the SOBs what i think of their company and if and when i get my new card i will immediately transfer my money to a local bank and tell them to shove their worthless company up their *** I will bad mouth this company anywhere and everywhere i can. DO NOT USE THIS *** COMPANY FOR ANY REASON !!!
