It's Easy: The User's money is automatically deposited to The Customer's card account on payment day each month. The User of company services won't have to wait for the mail to arrive. Most services are free. There is no cost to sign up for the card and there are no monthly fees. While there are fees for a limited number of optional transactions, it is possible to use the card for free. The fee waiver earned for that deposit expires on the last day of the following month in which the deposit was credited to the card account. Additional authorized retailers may be offered in the future. Buy money orders at any U.S. Post Office. Mary would only pay a fee to the Post Office for the money orders. The Direct Express Debit MasterCard is issued by Comerica Bank in accordance with a MasterCard International Inc. license. Comerica Bank serves as a fiscal agent of the US Treasury Department. Direct Express is a prepaid debit card which is used for electronic transfer of social security benefits. No sign up fees are required. Cardholders do not have to cover monthly account fees as well. Any credit lines are not provided. The Direct Express card can be used to transfer funds to a bank account, make purchases, pay for gas, and buy money orders. Cardholders cannot deposit private finance to the card.
