This is the second time we have had money taken off a Direct Express Card. This time it was over $600 but they say they can't do anything about it.
It's funny that happens at a bank and they can stop the transaction. Makes you wander what they can do. All of the withdrawals were in other states and done as soon as the money was put on the car. First time they sent a letter and said they couldn't find anything wrong.
It was for an AT&T bill and we don't even have AT&T. I'm going to find out who to report this to because they don't seem to care. I'm sure the FED's and Social Security might be able to help because this is stealing. They pulled up the transactions will I did that and realized what happened.
They have to wait 5 days to see if the money is collected.
Of course it's going to be gone then and we will never see it again. This want happen next month I'm through with this card and will be telling everyone I know it's not safe.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of direct express debit card and associated monetary loss in the amount of $600. Direct Express needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
