Someone made a duplicate card. I believe direct express is trying to cover up a mass theft from card holders being hacked. Anyone else have this experience.

Direct Express - Can't get ahold of them customer service sucks can't get an

I only got 380 do direct express card

On third of november i checked my balance and only had 380.00 not the usuall 648.00 i called direct express and they said they would transfer me to someone who can help me find out what happened.. A nd got no answer... I t didnt make sense he should have been able to help
