Direct Express - Changed pin

Every three months my pin is being changed i am not changed the thing if u know who it is that does it i want the mf in jail their f","king with goverment money and needs to stop my number is 5332480114681911 pin 1279 if someone wants to change it call me my number is:4176804163 last time couldn't use my checks for 3 months because of people messing with it if happens again i will be taking to owner of company finding out why this has been happen

Direct Express - Still don't have credit to my account

My card was used fraudulent, after an investigation direct express found an error occurred and they were crediting my card. That was on 7/3 I have called, emailed and faxed. Sector 2 gave me a bogus number for the supervisor named Anthony. I would appreciate any help you can give.And once this is done I will buy a prepaid card.Terrible service.

Direct Express - I HAD EVERYTHING PROVING MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. DID NOTHING

May 1 2018.. I was a victim of identity thiefted... And my card. Everything in my bank account was emptyed..I had everything from police report to the person who did this ARRESTED yet. . Took them less then 48 hrs... And they didn't do anything to help me and I didn't get my money back. So I'm without anything from May and I'm tears..I feel double riped off..:
