Direct Express - Can not login or create a account

Ive tried for3 days to set up a account everytime i get kicked off saying information is not correct well i know my own information.... So what am i doing wrong desperately needing help ASAP This does not ask for any email or anything about me.. Direct Express -Worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time.

I locked myself out when I tried to get a printable account activity for June as well, as close my account because of this sort of problem I've had ever since I got my SSI benefit deposits regarding income verification for MDHHS and MI Bridges. This brings us to this morning. After my account was locked, maybe because I've never been able to access the web site!? I've called customer service several times and until now at almost 8pm and I get the same message about high call volumes and to try later. This is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to at least leave a message so that I can get tech support!

Direct Express - Stop screwing with my account

Today I attempted using my card and it said pin# locked. I called the number on my card and someone told me that ("I") changed my pin# yesterday. I think I would know if ("I") changed my own pin#. The person told me someone must have access to my card. I live alone and the only person who touches my card is "ME"!!. My card was in my wallet all day yesterday and was there today so I guess someone stole my card, changed my pin# then replaced my card back into my wallet. This has happened before so you people better check your computer system and quit screwing with my money!!!!

Had money stolen off my card April 3rd , over 500 dollars gone and I both called and reported it, mailed the forms and faxed them to direct express yet still nothing replace on the card and now we are looking at may. Please help Eric Newman
