Direct Express - Still don't have credit to my account

My card was used fraudulent, after an investigation direct express found an error occurred and they were crediting my card. That was on 7/3 I have called, emailed and faxed. Sector 2 gave me a bogus number for the supervisor named Anthony. I would appreciate any help you can give.And once this is done I will buy a prepaid card.Terrible service.

Direct Express - I HAD EVERYTHING PROVING MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. DID NOTHING

May 1 2018.. I was a victim of identity thiefted... And my card. Everything in my bank account was emptyed..I had everything from police report to the person who did this ARRESTED yet. . Took them less then 48 hrs... And they didn't do anything to help me and I didn't get my money back. So I'm without anything from May and I'm tears..I feel double riped off..:

Direct Express - Not treated well

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card and reported IR right away. I followed the instructions from the fraud dept to the letter, 3 weeks later My provisional credit still has not appeared on my card. I'm disabled and live on a fixed and very inflexible budget. I need my money returned to me.

Direct Express - Social Security Benefits

Go to the ATM can't receive your money cause they got the money in there so tight then you call Direct Express they want you to do there job hay my case wasn't even open for 45 days sad. Im on a fix income I just want to know why did they cresit the acct and turn around and take it back off
