SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE THIS POST OFF, THE GUY PUT HIS NAME AND BIRTHDATE AND THE INFORMATION CAN BE USED BY CRIMINALS.

I locked myself out when I tried to get a printable account activity for June as well, as close my account because of this sort of problem I've had ever since I got my SSI benefit deposits regarding income verification for MDHHS and MI Bridges. This brings us to this morning. After my account was locked, maybe because I've never been able to access the web site!? I've called customer service several times and until now at almost 8pm and I get the same message about high call volumes and to try later. This is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to at least leave a message so that I can get tech support!

Today I attempted using my card and it said pin# locked. I called the number on my card and someone told me that ("I") changed my pin# yesterday. I think I would know if ("I") changed my own pin#. The person told me someone must have access to my card. I live alone and the only person who touches my card is "ME"!!. My card was in my wallet all day yesterday and was there today so I guess someone stole my card, changed my pin# then replaced my card back into my wallet. This has happened before so you people better check your computer system and quit screwing with my money!!!!

My Monies drained over 4 months..IDK could be longer then anyone would bother looking further back. All the transaction's were made in Ohio at the same "PayPal" location. Mind you I've NEVER had a paypal acct. nor wanted one! I called just to find out he was a scammer himself!!! I let Direct Express know my whole ordeal, sent a new card, Paperwork was on it's way, June 19th I should receive it. "Y" it's been over a month already! Does this mean they will *** my acct. Once again. I think not!! Wtf
