My wife's direct express card has expired, but she received NO NEW card before expiration. She has called, at least 30 times in the past 4 days.

Most of the time, it just says, "experiencing more calls than usual" and tells her to try again later. There have been many laters. When she does get through, it is someone different each time and they seem to keep no notes from one representative to the other - Start Again. Finally, she gets through and asks for the 2 day delivery service that cost her $15.

Funny, the card had expired, but as soon as I went on to her "Expired" card account, The $15 had been immediately taken out of an expired card? How? $15 gone in seconds - no idea of when card will come.

No tracking number, no emails, no calls....... Worst, no access to HER MONEY!

Same here. Awaiting on my card right t now and direct express has yet to give me a tracking number and its the day of delivery.
