Direct Express - Someone took money off my card

I was transferred was on hold several minutes then someone just hung up i tried calling back said was busy call back later. I reported my card stolen on the 13th because i realized my card was missing and there was a withdrawal of 140.00 taken off on the 12th and that was my rent money when i called and reported it the lady was very nice said i could possibly get what call loan thing and get it put back on my card while investigaion going on. Please put your complaints in writing and send to J.Simms jbsimms@erikpublishing.com. He is collecting stories of consumers who have been treated unjustly by Direct Express.

We are a group of disgruntled people who are tired of being robbed.

Make sure you contact your police department, identity theft.gov and FDIC. GOOD LUCK.

I have not recive my pissedco funds. I myself belive direct express is rude and d p nt faller there own guild lines they dont send your paper work out on timely mather u let them know and they still tell u has to be in that ten day span so now that is a resone for them not to relesz money to u and ten you dont even get word back about your clim there n o t rig bhai t i belive there just tring to keep yo u r money
