I would like to correct this happened July 14th not August 8th. 8/08 is when I tried to follow up on claim. So it has been almost 60 days fir a simple reverse fraudulent unauthorized chatge.

I have been on hold with direct express for at least a total of 24 hours in the last month.. Talk to someone then put me on hold over and over again....
