My card was stolen and I was told I would get a refund in about 14-30 days. I called to make sure they received my claim,yet I could never get through to their level 2 team which were the only ones who could tell me anything about the dispute yet for 7days 10-15 attempts a day.
I never reached anyone.So I have been informed that my dispute has been closed and I didnt receive an refund or credit for the fraudulent transaction. I asked for a supervisor but their was no one who could help and due to high call volume I havent reached anyone. This is so unfair mine and my daughter entire disability check was stolen. while I was in the hospital.
No one seems to care thatI am now behind in my rent and is facing being evicted. I am a patient at Aspire and I now need a higher dose of medication for my suicidal thoughts and depression
