Direct Express - FML...I GIVE UP

I'm crying and have no hope. I'm a 6'4" big man, and their customer service line had reduced me to bring screaming and shaking. Idk what to do. They suspended my card, sent it to wrong address and then told me they could do money Gram for my funds. But y continually keep having up on my after transferring to the moneygram Dept.
