I have been trying to reach directexpress customer service for 3 days now. This is the 3rd time I have had issues but this time my account is frozen and I don't know why and can't reach directexpress at all in the meantime I can't even access my account or get ANY HELP AT ALL. I'm 63 disabled VIOLATED and HELPLESS!!!!!!!

As soon as I get my new card and withdraw my funds im closing my direct express card they are horrible!! Took me 2 days and 2 hours to talk to someone! Not counting the other hrs I was on hold.PLEASE PEOPLE IF U CAN GET A BANK ACCOUNT PLEASE DO SO CAUSE DIRECT EXPRESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF US!

I had a order on Amazon for product that would not be capable of fullfilling my needs. I canceled it on 9/3 /2019. It was listed as pending cash purchase. I called amazon , they gave me a code saying it had been released. I called Direct Express today after waiting a hour to speak to a REP. She was very rude and condescending. She said they had to wait 5 days not 2 days like Amazon said. She said thats the way it is with credit cards.I told her I have a Direct Express cards for 20 years . She did not care , and said I was being unreasonable. It is my money and I need it back , not sitting in Direct Express Coffers.
