Used it at a wells fargo bank, was told by atm "unable to complete transaction, contact your financial institution." I called contacted Bank mgr immediately, and called direct express...Apparently, the atm took out the draft, but did not dispense the money...It was 500 plus 3 dollar atm fee...Now, a month later and before my next disability payment...I am showing an overdraft of 486 dollars...When I got direct express paperwork, they gave me a temp credit for the amount, but now, I concerned my next payment will be shorted the 486 dollars...Its a mess and I cant get through to direct express..Horrible customer service!

Same thing happened to me at US Bank here in Spokane Washington. Direct Express keeps telling me that the cash machine dispensed $360 to me and it never gave me the cash because I cancelled the transaction so I did not have to pay ATM fee.

I went to another bank only 5 minutes later that was free for a withdraw and drew out the $360 but for 3 months now this Dispute Dept. keep telling me I'm a liar and I got the cash out.If you check it out there are over 2000 complaints with the BBB and other companies about customers getting ripped off by Comerica Bank-Direct Express and I am one of them!
