have not received the paper work to fill out re: a fraud claim, filed on June 2 /21 claim # 161******** of which I was told I only had 10 days from the day I filed to get it back to you. This would be June 12th deadline. Today is FRi JUNE 11 !

yes Galen I am having the same problem I called them are reported the fraudulent charge on June 28th direct express told me that I have 10 days from the 28th of June to fill the papers out and get the papers back to direct express its the 6th of July and I still havnt got the paperwork or my new card I seriously think direct express does this on purpose so they don't have to give the customer a refund they did this to me last year also and never gave me a refund I had hundreds of fraudulent charges on my account and they still won't give me a refund
