There were fraudulent purchases made on my card april 1 that were pending after i took out 200 from an atm on the corner the night before. I called direct express 5 times 3 calls were noted from april 1-april 2nd to stop the pending transactions that were fraud from online sites that didnt even exist yet they kept saying they couldnt stop or pause the transactions, that i had to wait 5 days for the transactions to go throught, basically let these imaginary sites finish robbing my account before i could file a dispute.
Which is against fdic laws!!! then when i explained that and asked for dispute they kept me on hold for 41 minutes. A rude aggressive woman berated and screamed at me then kept asking me if i was trying to record the call by being on speaker, when i said no and changed my phone to ear/face which is also a no brainer way to contract bacterial pathogens during a world wide bacterial viral attack called covid 19 at extreme attack i found it crazy and fkd up that she was acting so abrasive. Long story short she quickly hung up on me stating she didnt like the tone in which i was telling her the transaction number with.
I had to immediately call back and claim my card stolen, they stated a new card was issued april 3rd. Its april 14th i had pay to het a new card and still I HAVE NO CARD AND ALL MU BILLS ARE BOUNCING!!!NEVER EVER USE DIRECT EXPRESS OR ITS PARENT BANKING COMPANY
