I HAD A CHARGE ON MY DIRECT EXPRESS CARD IN WHICH IT WAS CLEARLY SOME KIND OF GAMBLING BACK IN OCTOBER 2015. I CALLED IT IN AND REPORTED IT.

RECEIVED A FORM IN MAIL AND FILLED IT OUT. MY GIRLFRIEND LOST IT AND I CALLED FOR ANOTHER AND SENT IT. SHE FOUND IT A WEEK LATER AND MAILED THAT ONE IN TOO. THE CHARGE WAS FOR ALMOST $500 AND I HAVE STILL NEVER RECEIVED A REVERSAL!

THEY SAID IT WAS TOO LATE BY TIME I CALLED TO ASK WHY. THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE FORMS! I SENT TWO IN AND THIS IS HOW I AM TREATED?

IT IS TOO FREAKING LATE>?! THEY ARE RUDE!
