AN ATM I WAS USING TO GET MY RENT MALFUNTIONED AND THE CASH WAS LOST BUT I WAS CHARGED TO DEDUCTION OF THE RENT MONEY ALSO THE FEE I WENT INTO THE BANK THE SERVICE'S THE ATM AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO CONTACT DIRECT EXPRESS. THAT WAS WHERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN AFTER FALLING ASLEEP FOR THREE HOURS WITH THE PHONE MUZAK AND TELLING THEY WOULD BE JUST A FEW MINUTES I WAS FINELY CONNECTED TO SOMEONE IN BANGLADESH WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND HUNG UP ON ME THIS WAS AT 4 PM I CALLED AGAIN SAME MUZAK SAME MESSAGE 4 MORE HOURS THIS TIME THE WOMAN TOOK DOWN MY INFORMATION AND SAID SHE HAD TO SWITCH ME BECAUSE THERE WAS A SECURITY FLAG ON THE ACCOUNT AFTER ANOTHER 3 HOURS I WAS CONNECTED TO SECURITY THE WOMAN THERE TOLD ME THAT I HAD BEEN MISINFORMED AND SWITCHED ME AGAIN AS OF THIS TIME I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON HOLD FOR CLOSE TO 10 HOURS I KNOW THIS MUZAK BY HEART BUT THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY BY FAR EVEN SOCIAL SECURITY SAYS THEY ARE TRASH AND THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST EVEN IF YOU NEED TO BURY YOUR CASH IN THE Backyard IT WOULD BE MORE SECURE Than DIRECT EXPRESS.

User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THE TRASH HEAP.
