Someone made a duplicate card. I believe direct express is trying to cover up a mass theft from card holders being hacked. Anyone else have this experience

Direct Express insulates itself from customer scrutiny by using a call center and not allowing customers to speak to a banking official. I have banking and investigative experience, and have lost money via fraud.

The Direct Express call center sent a card, and it will take months for the fraud department to contact the companies to get my money.

I have had to contact the companies myself. This is a disreputable manner in which to serve social security recipients.
