It's such an shame that we are victims because our money was stolen. Yet we have to go thru so much just to talk to someone in the level 2 department that they are rude and uncaring.

I called them 20 25 times and still they can't do anything

and they know very little. They have a disrespectful supervisor that she was unprofessional and was in no position to inform me on a time frame or an answer about my refund.

Direct Express Fraud unit is so unfair and they make up reasons to not refund our disability money although they claim they will protect our SSI benefits yet they quickly deny our claim sick of having to spend hours upon hours calling the level 2 which really aren't doing a *** thing to refund my stolen money due to my roommate making fraudulent transactions and stealing mine and my daughter's disability money. Hate Direct Express really does seem like they are helping to .
