On feb 23 2018, someone called direct express and orded a new card and had it sent to an address in Jamacia New York. I live in Mich , my pin was changed with a whole new card.

On. March 3 i attempted to used my card that i had and it was said to be invalid. I called direct express and i was told that a new car had been orded and was mailed to Jamaci New York. I was told my card was being used at cvs and atms in new york and whoever was using it had to have the pin number.

I told direct express that i didnt order a new card and i was in michigan. My money came on my card on march 2nd and whever had my card took all my money but 41dollars.Direct Express said they would start an investigation. They mailed out forms for me to fill out and i did so and returned them with a police report. Its has been a month and i still dont have my money, the reps at Direct Expess are so Nasty ,they dont want to hear your complaints, they have no answers to your questions and get smart with you on the phone, and thats when and if you get them on the phone.

I even had one to tell me that its not their fault that my money was taken , i should mointor my account bettet. I need my money , i lived on a fixed income and its been a month and they have not once reached out to me to let me know when i will get my money back or where they are with aninvestigation. I dont see how social security would encourage people to entrust their money with such company, and when you go to tem for help , they cant help you either. As to this date , april 2, i still have no word from direct express when i wiill recieve my money back.

They say the money is ensured so why do i have to wait so long and loose every thing. M.

I had a similar experience, except I was able to get in front of it because I called to check my balance and it said my new card was on the way. Problem is, I didn't order a new card.

Someone was able to call and order a new card but I assured them that it wasn't me. My new card and benefits are due tomorrow and I'm scared to death.

I was just hacked twice in one month. First from a Delaware address and today from a New York address.

Fraud protection is not working with Comerica. This is insane -what can we do?

I was just hacked for the 4th time in a year and was told to switch my direct deposit to a bank.I donโ€™t have a bank account !

Susie---You HAVE to get one. That was the only option left to me after my account was hacked twice in less than two months.

What they will not tell you is that once these criminals have your ACH information, it is sold to the highest bidder on the black internet market to be used as they please. I got this information from a family member who works in e-commerce and is familiar with how cyber criminals operate.

He basically told me that DE is not doing their job when it comes to encrypting and safeguarding their customers' debit card information. If you choose to stay with them, it is not a matter of if you will be hacked again---but when.
