I have had two major incidents with Direct Express. First of all , I was in Franklin NC . I was in a Knights Inn . I got very sick and went to the hospital.I was to be in for some time . I had the security guard go get my items from motel room. He told the staff , I was no longer there. When I got out I complained to the staff , no avail. I complained to Direct Express , they did there usual 30 days plus , and denied me.
This was for 180.00 dollars.
I then was in In town suites in Dothan Al . I booked the room for 5 weeks. At the end of 4 th I told the staff , I was leaving and could I get a refund . They said no and called corporate , which they said no again. I called Direct Express, sent in all records , all receipts. I showed I was not there. They could not and would not find me able to get return of money.
