New ReviewerI DISCOVER ON MY BANK STATEMENT, THAT THERE HAS BEEN A NUMBER OF WITHDRAWS THAT ADDED UP TO $159.00 FROM MY DIRECT EXPRESS DEBIT CARD, FOR XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT THE WITHDRAWS STARTED BACK IN 2016,, I HAVE CALL MICROSOFT XBOX LIVE DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY THAT I DO NOT HAVE AN XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT, I DO HAVE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE MICROSOFT XBOX DEPARTMENT THAT THERE WAS NO ACCOUNT FOR A XBOX LIVE SUBSCRIPTION USING MY DEBIT CARD! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS DIRECT EXPRESS FRAUD SERVICES FOR THREE MONTHS AROUND THE CLOCK, SITTING HOLDING ON FOR REPRESENTATIVE IN THE LEVEL 2 DEPARTMENT, NO ONE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE THEN THE OPERATOR SAIDS CALL BACK ANOTHER TIME!!
I CALLED ON 5/14 2019 TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES I DID FILL OUT THE DISPUTE FORM IN A TIMELY MANNER. I RETURN TO THE DIRECT EXPRESS FRAUD UNIT!!! ON MAY 29TH I GOT A LETTER SAYING THAT I DID NOT REPORT THIS IN A TIMELY MANNER! WHICH IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE FROM NOV 2017 UNTIL 2018 I HAVE BEEN SO SICK FIGHTING BREAST CANCER & SHINGLES AT THE SAME TIME?
I WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY BILLS!!! DIRECT EXPRESS STOP SENDING MY STATEMENT BECAUSE THEY STARTED TO CHARGE A 75 CENT FEE FOR MY STATEMENTS! I DO HAVE PROOF, THAT I CALL DIRECT EXPRESS IN 01/30/2019 WHEN I NOTICE THIS 9.99 DATING ALL THE WAY BACK TO 2017!!! THIS IS MY MONTHLY DISABILITY CHECK!!!!

THE REASON I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED.
