Fraud charges on that direct express card. I am due $107.
Waited 6 buisness days for my paperwork for a dispute.
I filled the questionnaire and mailed it immediately.
Two weeks later I called and spent 2hrs. Twenty minutes then finally got to dispute department. They claim that they don't use the mail because of the covid issues. That excuse seems to be the standard lie these days.
I had 4 fraud charges in the last year and one half. I have extreme anxiety issues and take 5 different prescriptions. I have several symptoms from this illness and include paralyzing fear and physical pain. I have to go through this lack of Professional Standards monthly with Direct Express.
24/7 is a huge lie. They claim to be busy but the laughing in the background shows the reality of this ugly situation.
Am I going to loose more money next month?
They already know what Fraud Transactions are on my account. Now they want me to fax the information .
This happened 1/31/21.
I received a denial letter 4/1/21. What a con.
