If you've had a problem with Direct Express as it seems so many people like myself have, report them to the BBB at WWW.centraltx.bbb.org. Maybe with enough complaints something will be done about their shoddy business practices. Or maybe we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against them. Their customer service is a joke. I reported a lost card on September 20th 2016 and was told that i would receive it within 10 days. It's now October 3rd and I was forced to pay their fee to have it expedited by UPS and delivered in two days. Just waiting until Wednesday the 5th. I would love to see them being investigated for their disgusting business practices
