I did like another reviewer suggested. Call the number do not push any buttons except for when it ask you to push 1 or 2 for language and still dont push anything after that.

It started ringing and my call was answered in under 15 mins. I was shocked cause it actually worked

Direct Express in Chicago, Illinois - Stolen card

My wallet was stolen with my card in it. I called customer service to report it stolen. It says push 3 ty..i report a stolen card. A voicemail comes on and it hangs up. I still haven't been able to report my card missing. This is the worst company. Now I'm going to be robbed of all the benefits me and my son receive for his father dying because this company has no other way for me to report it missing. No human ever answers any phone number you call. I hope this company burns to the ground.

Direct Express has poor customer service skills very rude and the supervisor ashley she was not very but rude they made a mistake for sending my car to the wrong address after a dispute with money being taken off my card at some phone store they were going to waive the fee because they've made a mistake by sending the cards to a wrong address not the i am being told i have to wait 90 days i will be calling my lawyer today and i will be getting netspend. I didnt go to this store so i shall get my money back. Its not fair how i was been treated and i am the one who is trying get my money back that was stoleing off my card

The customer reps were very rude... They handled my concerned calls about MY ACCT very poorly.. Their atitude sucks... They didnt notate my concerns correctly.. Very incompetent...... This company shoukd be put out of business..... Very poor. I rate no stars...

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas. You can do it online. Direct Express is not a member of the BBB and they have a F grade.
