yeah ive been calling and on hold for over an hour to tell 1 person something to be transfered to the fraud department another hour on hold only to repete the same information im disaled and when this is all said and done i want something written and signed from direct express saying that im fully qualified to get off social secuity and become a fraud detective because im the one who seems to be doing all the investigating here not them and on top of that they put me on hold the phone hangs up so now i get to spend another 3 hours on hold to get back here i started social security needs to do something about this this is *** they sent me bank statements to highlight so now after all this holding and repeating i got a *** headache right now so after all this if you have some other means of direct deposit do it im going to start looking into other means myself seeing i cant get a bank account at a major bank im pretty much *** and stuck with direct express
