direct express took 400 dollars off my account and i need it put back immeditely. im on disability and recieve only 794 dollars.

it was not my error and now i have past due bills going to lose my liscense already lost ins my phone needs a card and my storage is going to b doubled loocked when i filed dispute they said it can take 45-90 days i dont have that kind of time for thier error. in spite of it all they gave a fax number that isnt valid and ive been dealing with bad customer service representives since the 1st of march when this occured.been put on hold and transfered from one dept to the next each on for over 3 hrs.i still dont have the funds back on my card or the correct fax number. this ridiculous!!!

icant reach corporate office unless i write them again not my error. i called attorney general office now im going to call a lawyer!!
