I've been trying to reach a live agent for 2 weeks with no avail. My Social Security deposit was $100 less than usual.
I contacted Social Security and they informed me it wasn't on their end. I've been trying to reach someone at Direct Express to find out who has been authorized to deduct from my payments.
I keep getting the heavy call volume recording asking me to call back another time... what time might this be?
User's recommendation: Don't Use Direct Express.
Monetary Loss: $113.
Preferred solution: Speak with someone regarding deductions1.
Direct Express Pros: Card was good when i first got it, Payment time frame.
Direct Express Cons: No customer service.
