It's such an shame that we are victims because our money was stolen. Yet we have to go thru so much just to talk to someone in the level 2 department that they are rude and uncaring.

I called them 20 25 times and still they can't do anything

and they know very little. They have a disrespectful supervisor that she was unprofessional and was in no position to inform me on a time frame or an answer about my refund.

Direct Express Fraud unit is so unfair and they make up reasons to not refund our disability money although they claim they will protect our SSI benefits yet they quickly deny our claim sick of having to spend hours upon hours calling the level 2 which really aren't doing a *** thing to refund my stolen money due to my roommate making fraudulent transactions and stealing mine and my daughter's disability money. Hate Direct Express really does seem like they are helping to .

EVERYONE ON HERE THAT IS HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUES AS I AM REALLY NEEDS TO GET IN CONTACT WITH *THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU* You can file a complaint against DirectExpress online. “I have already done this.” The more people that gets onboard with this, the better chances we all have at getting our money back!!!!! Something really needs to be done about this!!

I have my social securty checks send to Direct Express Debit card and my funds seems to taken. I have a balance of zero and my full amount of the checkbis short. I can't pay my bills. I wish i got a bank and find out that the Direct Expess Debit card just use the banks and not affirated with them.
