It's the 16th of the month, direct deposit has had my money since the 3rd of the month. It's very difficult to reach these individuals.
I was told i would be charged $13. For my new card to be expedited in two days, that was three days ago and it's late evening. I have no money nor. Have i paid any of my bills , due on the beginning of the month.
This is terrible, i'm pissed. This is how we're treated. I want my $13 back, and hopefully.
Others will not use this card. We need to find another way.
