Direct Express - My card expired in September, was never mailed another one.
It's the 16th of the month, direct deposit has had my money since the 3rd of the month.It's very difficult to reach these individuals.
I was told i would be charged $13. For my new card to be expedited in two days, that was three days ago and it's late evening. I have no money nor. Have i paid any of my bills , due on the beginning of the month.
This is terrible, i'm pissed. This is how we're treated. I want my $13 back, and hopefully.
Others will not use this card.We need to find another way.
