my wife's disability card from direct Express was issued to her and mail to the house it was mailed out the 27th and got here to 29th okay it was stolen out the front porch and I've been trying to get ahold of you all ever since my card was stolen and since then I have not been able to get ahold of a soul and that process my card since it's been stolen every bit of my wife stimulus money was stolen off the card we have no money my wife is in the first stage of multiple sclerosis I've tried to talk to you all and let y'all know what's going on I cannot get a hold of him not one person is this the way you all treat your all's customers who are loyal and use you all then turn around and have every bit as our money stolen then when they try to call you during a damn thing y'all do about it y'all won't even let a person talk to a representative now they still have my card and it's got a different pin number and everything in it my wife is not able to take care of herself we have no food we have nothing I've been trying to get ahold of you all and every time I get a hold of you I get your darn automated system and it has not a darn bit of help I am contacting a lawyer about suing your company for neglect of services and also for also allowing my wife's money to be stolen off her car cuz if I could have got a hold of you that day that the card was stolen y'all could have put a stop on it that you never did no one would pick up all I get is a damn answer machine your automated service my phone number is 865-221-**** please call
