Direct Express - Never received card
Customer service can improve and definitely add more options for customers to be able to get assistance and answers they need and not be left out playing the guessing or the waiting game its just ridiculous and not very professional at all

These are checks my children get through the SSA i havent received not material nor the card
I called on 2/20/20 provided mailing info and put a change of addr in never received the card waited until 4/1/20 called in the representative a young lady provided new addr spelled it out for her she advised me it would be $13.00 to receive it Friday 4/3/20 asked how can I pay she said it would come out of the check I said ok cool never received it through ups nor usps and I called the 800 # it says now 5 to 10 calendar days which was not what I was advised, so I basically paid for it not to come as promised this is some *** I tried calling and now I can get through to speak to no one since Monday to find out what's going on there should be a call back option and not loose place in line or the option to wait not have the call disconnected automatically because of a high call volume especially now with this pandemic people have responsibilities I need a refund AND another card send out ASAP THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
User's recommendation: Dont do it I shouldve kept my direct deposit as is and there customer service is bs.
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Direct Express Pros: I got bills pay an i need get food two.
Direct Express Cons: Cannot reach customer service rep for a week.
