the services are non existent when all you want is to talk to someone, its not possible. first, when you call the number on the card, it asks for language, then the card number /s.s.
number. if the system is down, you cant get beyond this stage to speak to someone. thats ***!!! it seems to happen often .
more than 1 time is too much and there is no accountability for terrible a system . absolutley flawed from jumpstreet. they need to get some people that work in the private sector and get rid of the lazy good for nothing government contracts and workers when they want something done right.
