My brother passed away 2 years ago, and filed all the paperwork to Direct Express, with NO contact whatsoever! Finally called Social Security, they said money was returned June of 2017!
I have not received anything from them at all!! Called customer service, gave me runaround, said I had to fill out paperwork again!! Tried to transfer me to someone else, got disconnected!!
Horrible customer service, no results after 2 years is ridiculous!! What do they do with the money that does not belong to them??
